Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) + one teaspoon red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) black pepper
4 Cup(s) lettuce
1/2 green pepper
1 tomato
1/4 Cup(s) dill
10 small kalamata black olives
1 Onion
1 Cup(s) fat-free Feta cheese
Directions:
In a salad bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Add the lettuce, bell pepper, tomato, dill, olives and onions; toss to coat. Add the cheese; toss gently, Serve at once.
