Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheeses, basil, thyme, garlic, pepper and salt. Split the bread lengthwise almost all the way through; spread open. Fill it with the broccoli mixture, then wrap in foil. Bake until cheese is melted, 20-25 minutes. Cut the loaf crosswise into 4 portions. |
