Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) frozen peas
1/2 Cup(s) plain non fat yogurt
1/4 Cup(s) coconut
1/4 Cup(s) cashews
1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1 Cup(s) farina
3/4 Cup(s) boiling water
1 Pinch(s) baking soda
1 Tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In a medium, bowl, combine the peas, yogurt, coconut, cashews, and salt. In a small bowl, combine the farina and water; add the yogurt mixture. Stir in the baking soda. Divide the mixture into 16 balls and flatten gently.

2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the balls and cook until golden, 5 minutes on each side.
