Directions:
1. In a medium, bowl, combine the peas, yogurt, coconut, cashews, and salt. In a small bowl, combine the farina and water; add the yogurt mixture. Stir in the baking soda. Divide the mixture into 16 balls and flatten gently.
2. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Add the balls and cook until golden, 5 minutes on each side. |
