Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) low sodium vegetable broth
3 Tablespoon(s) rice vinegar
2 Tablespoon(s) low sodium soy sauce
2 Tablespoon(s) hoisin sauce
1 Tablespoon(s) corn starch
2 Teaspoon(s) sugar
1 Tablespoon(s) canola oil
3 Clove(s) minced garlic
1 Pound(s) broccoli
Directions:
1. Combine the broth, rice vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, cornstarch, and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.

2. Heat a non-stick large skillet over medium-high heat until a drop of water sizzles. Swirl in the oil, then add the garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant, about 10 seconds. Add broccoli and stir-fry until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Add broth mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture boils and thickens, about 1 minute.
