Ingredients: 1 Cup(s) cream-style cottage cheese 6 Ounce(s) softened cream cheese 1 Tablespoon(s) snipped chives 1/2 Teaspoon(s) paprika 3 Cup(s) frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes 2 Cup(s) cooked ham 1 Cup(s) mozzarella grated cheese |
Directions:
In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, chives and paprika until well blended.
In a greased 10x6x2-inch baking dish place half of the hash browns. Spread cream cheese mixture on top; sprinkle ham strips evenly over cheese layer. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella over. Top with the remaining hash browns.
Bake, uncovered, in a 400° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till heated through. Top with remaining mozzarella; return to oven for 2-3 minutes or till cheese melts.
Makes 6-8 servings.
