Ingredients:
2 1/2 Teaspoon(s) canola oil
1 carrot
4 Clove(s) minced garlic
1 Pound(s) broccoli
1/4 Cup(s) vegetable broth
1 Pound(s) extra firm tofu
1 red bell pepper
2 Onion
1 Cup(s) snow pea pods
2 Tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1 Pinch(s) crushed red pepper
Directions:
1. Heat a large nonstick skillet or wok with a lid over high heat; heat the oil. Stir-fry the carrot 1 minute; add the garlic; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add the broccoli and broth; steam, covered, 2 minutes, then stir.

2. Add the tofu and cook, stirring, 1 minute. Add bell pepper, and onion; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add snow peas, soy sauce, and red pepper; stir-fry 1 minute.
