Ingredients: 1/2 Cup(s) reduced-fat peanut butter 1/4 Cup(s) sugar 1 white egg 1 Ounce(s) semi-sweet baking chocolate 2 1/2 Tablespoon(s) peanuts |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients; stir with a spoon until just blended.
2. Preheat oven to 325
3. Drop dough by half-tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten dough gently with tines of a fork, making a crisscross pattern. Bake at 325 for 16 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on pan 5 minutes; transfer to a wire rack.
4. While cookies cool, place chocolate in a heavy-duty zip top plastic bag; microwave at high 30 seconds or until soft. Knead bag until chocolate is smooth. Snip a tiny hole in 1 corner of bag; drizzle chocolate evenly over cookies. Sprinkle peanuts evenly over chocolate. |
