4 nine inch tortilla
1 roasted red peper hummus
1 Cup(s) matchstick cut carrot

Directions:
1. Spread tortillas evenly with hummus; top with carrots, lettuce, and goat cheese; roll up tortillas. Serve immediately, or wrap in plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
