Ingredients: 8 Ounce(s) cream cheese 1 egg 1/3 Cup(s) & 1 Cup sugar 1/8 Teaspoon(s) & 1/2 Teaspoon salt 1 Cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 1/2 Cup(s) flour 1/4 Cup(s) cocoa powder 1 Teaspoon(s) baking soda 1 Cup(s) water 1/3 Cup(s) vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon(s) white vinegar 1 Tablespoon(s) vanilla extract |
Directions:
Part 1:
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teas. salt
Beat well and stir in
1 cup chocolate chips. Set aside.
Part 2: sift together
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cocoa
½ teas salt
1 teas baking soda
Add:
1 cup water
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Beat well.
Fill cupcake liners with chocolate batter half full. Put in 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture, using all of it. Sprinkle nuts on top if desired.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
