Ingredients:
1/4 Cup(s) flour
1/2 Teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) cayenne
1 large Onion
3 whites egg
3/4 Cup(s) plain dried bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400F; spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray. On a sheet of wax paper, combine the flour, salt, and cayenne.

2. Separate the onion slices in rings, but keep them in groups of two, one ring inside another Dredge the rings in the seasoned flour, dip in the egg whites, and then coat in the bread crumbs; place on the baking sheet. Bake on the top oven rack until browned, about 10 minutes. Turn the onion rings over and bake until browned 5-10 minutes.
