Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
1 Onion
3 Clove(s) garlic
1 Large Potato
1 carrot
2 Tablespoon(s) flour
2 1/2 Cup(s) milk
1 1/4 Cup(s) Stock
3 Cup(s) Canned Corn
3/4 Cup(s) Grated cheddar cheese
1 Teaspoon(s) Tabasco Sause
1 Tablespoon(s) Pepper and salt
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion, garlic, potato, and carrot. Saute over a low heat 2-3 minutes.

add flour and sir for 30 seconds. gradually add milk and stock

add corn, and tobasco

bring to a boil. stirring consistently. add salt and pepper

reduce head and cook for 20 min.

stir in cheese and let it melt

serve and garnish with cheese
