Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) Sausage
1 Cup(s) sour cream
1 Bunch(s) Scallions
2 Tablespoon(s) milk
2 Tablespoon(s) flour
8 Drops Tabasco Sause

Optional Ingredients:
1 Can(s) Mushrooms Add to shopping list

Directions:
Cook, finely chop and drain the sausage. Finely chop the mushrooms. Clean and finely chop bulbs and stems (75% of stem). Put into pan over medium heat and simmer. Mix all ingredients except sour creme. Simmer for 3-5 minutes over low heat. Add sour crème and simmer until mixed. Remove from heat. Serve warm on triscuits or wheat thins.
