Very Happy House Update

So if you haven't heard yet, WE GOT OUR HOUSE. Well not exactly yet. We got third party approval. Which means there is now an actual timeline for us getting into our house. The end of February we will be in.
Yesterday we had our house inspection. It went pretty well. A couple of things wrong and a couple of things we will have to do in the next couple of years. There we some outlets that don't work, the fireplace in the master bedroom does not work either, and the sump pump does not pump. The furnace and air conditioner have another ten years in them, the dishwasher works fine, I think the hot water heater is an 81 gallon capacity, and best of all the garage door openers work great.
We cannot wait to move in.
